Kevin first joined Southworth as the PGA General Manager of Starr Pass Golf Resort in Tucson, Arizona in 2005. Kevin became the General Manager of our community in Scotland, Machrihanish Dunes, where he successfully opened the Machrihanish Dunes Golf Club, the Old Clubhouse Pub, the Royal Hotel, and the Ugadale Hotel and Cottages. In 2011, Kevin relocated to our corporate headquarters in Newton, where he worked on a variety of projects, among them several PGA of America-related initiatives that included the creation of the Southworth Senior PGA Professional National Championship Presented by Mercedes-Benz. Most recently, Kevin has been at our Northern Virginia property, Creighton Farms, where he oversaw a recent management transition.
In early 2008, when Southworth was hired to manage a new property, Creighton Farms in Aldie, Va., Kevin served there as interim Asset Manager.

Kevin graduated from the University of Colorado in 1977 with a degree in Small Business Management and minors in Accounting and Finance. Kevin is married to Elaine, now a retired elementary school administrator, and has one daughter, Lois, an executive with a Nashville recording label.
Cathy Chauvin

Cathy returned to Southworth Development as Controller after two years of working at the Bay Club in Mattapoisett as their Controller. Cathy began working for the Willowbend/Southworth team in 1994. Prior to that she worked as the Controller for the Peters-Hartel Group, a real estate development company in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Cathy has a strong background in both golf operations and development accounting. She attended Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Andy Berler

Andy joined Willowbend in 1993 as the Director of Tennis. Andy has brought Over 20 years of teaching and management experience to the Willowbend Team.
Andy's teaching resume runs the entire spectrum from introducing the game and his passion to beginners, as well as a history of success developing top ranked juniors at the sectional, national, high school, and college levels.
Andy holds the highest of certifications with the United States Professional Association, as a Professional 1. Through his many years at Willowbend, Andy's creative and innovative Tennis Programming has kept the tennis program as the most active on Cape Cod, and a highlight of every season.
Andy takes great pride in the charity work that he has established. In 2004, using the popular Willowbend Pro-Am Invitational as a vehicle, he helped raise over $100,000.00 in one weekend for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Most recently, Andy has shifted his charitable goals to The Friends of Dana Farber to help benefit a cure for Pancreatic Cancer.
Harvey Bloomfield

Harvey Bloomfield has been at Willowbend since 2004 where he started as a Maintenance Technician and has been the Director of Building Maintenance since 2007. He has a strong background in Facility Operations and Maintenance. Harvey has completed training in HVAC Technology and is also the Club’s Certified Pool & Spa Operator. Harvey and his wife Cathy are the parents of three grown children and have one grandson. Originally from the Worcester area, Harvey and Cathy moved to the Cape as full time residents in 2004 and reside at Popponesset Beach, Mashpee.
Jim Maddalena

Jim Maddalena, has been with Willowbend since its inception. With his current assignment as Golf Course Superintendent, Jim brings his superior knowledge of the game of Golf with him everyday in order to create a perfectly maintained course for our members and their guests to enjoy.
Jim holds many club championship titles, and has played in 5 of New England’s six different State Opens, was the first winner of the Tucker Anthony Golf Tournament, and is well known for playing in the Cape Cod Pro-Am, and New England PGA Leagues. Further south, Jim has won the International Four-Ball, Bermuda Goodwill, Rio Mar Invitational, and the Caribbean Classic.
Jim was born and raised in Centerville, MA, and lives there with his wife Robin. Jim and Robin have three children, Joey, Andrea, and Lacey.
Paul Cunningham

Willowbend’s unique dishes are prepared by one of the nation’s finest young culinary talents, Paul Cunningham. Chef Cunningham’s background includes Executive Chef at Bice, in Washington, DC and Executive Sous Chef at Le Cirque and La Cote Basque, in New York. Chef Cunningham was recently nominated as one of North America’s top-rated chefs. Chef Paul has been with Willowbend for 18 years.
Peter Smith

Pate has been married for 37 Years and has two daughters. He graduated from State University New York at Albany with a B.A degree in History and Political Science with a minor in Business Law. He was the Director of Environmental Services at Cape Cod Hospital from 1978-1984 and was the Director of Housekeeping at various Long Term Care Facilities from 1985-1995. He has been working for Willowbend since 1995.
Mike Vidal

Mike Vidal is originally from Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, where he grew up on a cranberry marsh. He spent three years as the First Assistant Professional at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Jupiter Florida upon graduating from Ferris State University in the PGA-PGM golf program in December of 2005 as a Class A Member of The PGA of America. In 2008, Mike joined Southworth Development’s property in Northern Virginia, Creighton Farms, and worked as their Head Golf Professional before moving north and joining the team at Willowbend. Mike, his wife Carrie and son William "Liam" now live in Mashpee. Mike enjoys all sports and spending time with his family. He’s very passionate about all areas of the golf industry, and has a particular penchant for customer service and merchandising. Mike looks forward to working with you to perfect your entire golf experience at Willowbend – from your swing to your wardrobe!
Patty Kilgallon

After starting her real estate career with Itzkan and Marchiel Real Estate in the Back Bay and Beacon Hill areas of Boston, Patty married, moved to the Cape and had the opportunity to join Willowbend in 1993. Since that time, she has been a part of the real estate sales team and helped establish the Willowbend Community Trust and its six neighborhood associations, where she presently serves as the residential property manager for approximately 200 families. Patty is a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Mass. and lives in Yarmouth Port, Ma with her husband and two children.

Eileen grew up on Cape Cod and graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Eileen has dedicated over seven years to the Willowbend team and currently serves as a Real Estate Sales agent and is also Willowbend’s Membership Director. Beginning her career at Willowbend as the Villa Manager for guest accommodations, she has also previously worked as the Assistant to the General Manager. Eileen and her husband currently reside in Mashpee.
Marianella Van Etten

Born & raised in California, Marianella started in the hospitality industry in 1984 at the Mammoth Mountain Inn as Group Sales Manager. After moving to Cape Cod in 1990, she began with working with Willowbend from 1996-2005 in the Villas, Real Estate and lastly as Project Manager for WGM. She also coordinated PGA & Celebrity travel for the Willowbend Children’s Charity Pro-Am. During her absence from Willowbend, she joined New Seabury Properties as Director of Sales, selling over $100 million in new homes & condominiums. Marianella has returned to Southworth Development in April 2012 as Project & Business Manager at Willowbend and is currently attending UMASS Dartmouth and lives with her family in Cotuit.
Patrice Hovenesian

Patrice has been selling real estate at Willowbend since our doors opened in 1993. A graduate of Bowdoin College, she began her real estate career with The Green Company in 1985 as a project coordinator for high end condominiums in Boston Metrowest. Learning all facets of building with her construction team, working with Boston designers and dealing with the needs of progressive buyers was the perfect prelude to selling. This year marks her 27th year in real estate and her love of homes and design remains strong.
