Our Facilities

Stunning and spacious, the 46,000-square-foot Clubhouse at Willowbend offers an array of distinctive settings to accommodate your event, large or small, with ease:

• Main Dining Room – an open and inviting room suited for anything from a frivolous, energetic celebration to a formal, banquet dinner. With the ability to accommodate up to 275 guests, this room makes it easy to delight and entertain in refined luxury. Soaring vaulted ceilings and large picture windows create a sense of lavishness in this highly customizable space, which will accommodate a dance floor, band stand, bar, dining stations and anything else you need to create your perfect event.
• Outdoor Stone Terrace – a truly special location that’s perfect for a lighthearted, sun-filled outing or a magical, moon-lit reception overlooking the cranberry bog and fountain adjacent to the 18th green. Its location just outside the Grille Room and Main Dining Room allows for table service or passed hors d'oeuvres, while the outdoor bar and built-in grill transforms your event from a simple and elegant outdoor gathering to a transcendent alfresco soiree.
• The Grille Room – an invitingly warm and classic room that instantly creates an intimate, social environment for any gathering. This early-20th-Century-inspired space is accented with exposed beams, rich wood finishes and elegant fixtures. Here you and your family, friends or business associates will enjoy gourmet dining, world-class service and spectacular views of the golf course.
• The Card Room - a sophisticated, private space, The Card Room is ideal for intimate gatherings or business meetings. Treat your friends to a one-of-a-kind dinner party or get your team thinking “outside the box” with an off-site team-buiilding session or board meeting. This room features floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble fireplace and can accommodate up to 32 guests.
• Living Room – a place where you’ll feel as comfortable and relaxed as you do in your living room at home. This inviting lounge area is perfectly suited for afternoon tea, showers or intimate get-togethers. Cozy seating arrangements, large picture windows and chic design make our Living Room as elegant as it is charming.

Our full-time, on-site Private Events Director, talented culinary team led by our Executive Chef, and our experienced wait staff take every possible measure to realize the vision of your perfect gathering.
